It should have a fully cycled filter for at least 40g, keep it bare bottomed and immaculate and they should be ok but it's far from ideal! If you go on ebay and type koi quarantine tank tons of big containers breeders and experts use are available that are that bit bigger and deeper. Hopefully it is a 20 long not a 20 high... make sure you do at least one water change in the week to prevent build up of ammonia and to help prevent stress.. make sure you do a good water change in your pond also before adding the fish to it..
