It sounds like a silly idea, but put them on E-bay. There are loads on there. I bought some of them, and they arrived via courier in a big box containing a big plastic bag half full of water and half full of air.
Do Craigs list first, especially if you don’t have to get rid of the right away. Just keep putting them on there, and if you ask a reasonable price they’ll go sooner or later. Or you could ask a pet store that sells them. As long as they are healthy I bet some store would go for the prospect of flipping them.
I have just sold my koi on ebay. It worked well, I specified that I wouldn’t ship the fish and the buyer came and collected it.

As long as the fish are well treated and to a reasonable size your normal fish retailer should accep the koi and give you a resonable price !
If not the put an advetisemnet up in a shop window or where ever your local neighbour hood would be able to see it as there are lots of people in the fish hobby especially koi!
Many local pet stores will buy fish from their customers. I would contact them and ask them if they are interested. Typically you will get about 25%-30% of what they will sell the fish for, and sometimes it is in the form of a store credit.
