Making it highly acidic. Pigeon poo is classified as a Regulated toxic waste. Believe it or not, here in the US it is a regulated toxin and you need to be licensed to actually remove it. It was the cause of the Minnesota bridge collapse that killed 13 people and injured 100 more. Remove the poo and use gloves to do it.
