If you decide to go with e-bay, you want to be sure you are using a reputable dealer that guarantees live/healthy arrival, and that you are getting the fish that is actually in the picture on the ad. Also, be prepared to pay a bit for the shipping. But, if you really want high-quality koi, I have found e-bay to be a very reliable source over the years. Hope this helps.
