is it not possible to make the pond bigger?
It really depends on the quality of your koi, if they are ghost koi you are noy going to get much for them. If they are good jap koi Tancho, Showa, Doitsu or any of the `A` class fish then there are plenty of koi keepers or breeders that will pay top prices for them. Take some good pictures of them and you will have no trouble. Large koi get very stressed in transit so its probably best to leave till summer when the water gets above 10%. (I know a lot of koi keepers who buy and sell on ebay and do very well) Good luck.
