These fish are just overwintering before they go back to a pond right? Koi need at least 500-600 Gallons of pond each (that's over 1800 litres). They cannot be kept in tanks long-term at all. For over wintering they're better in 100 gallons (370 litres) at least, not 100 litres. Around the 68F mark is ideal.
