How long can a koi fish grow?

Some of them can grow to be a foot long.

they have grown to over 2 feet, when kept in the right conditions

they can grow as long as 2-3 feet but you must put it in right condition and environment..like the size of it fish tank and its diet.

Up to 30 in the right conditions.

They are pest fish in NZ and illegal to own.

Up to 3 feet with proper care and adequate space. They need about 400-500 gallons a piece when they get over 2 feet, so at least a 3000 gallon pond is a must. These guys can live a LONG time.
