You haven't given us enough information to have any idea what they are. And, even if you had, it is still often impossible to diagnose lumps and bumps on animals without doing skin biopsies. My vet put him on antibiotics and it cleared up. It happens everytime I get him groomed which is about every 3 months. I'm not sure if it is the soap or what does it. I just know it is common in a lot of dogs. My other 2 schnauzers don't get them. Call the vet and find out. It's better to take them in and find out for sure. then in the future you will no how to treat him and not be worried or guessing and stressed out. Good Luck to you and your dog.
